Injury Rehabilitation

Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC's) understand what it takes to progress an athlete from injury to return to full-activity. ATC's are on staff, to provide preventation, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, in all professional and collegiate settings. Rehabilitation provided by ATC's significantly improves the functional status of athletes following reconstructive surgery and/or injury. Athletic Training methodology is effective in treating musculo-skeletal injuries at all body locations.

Sports Performance Training & Core Training

Sports Performance Training and Core Training are utilized to enhance overall athletic performance. In Sports Performance Training a general assessment of muscular length and strength are used to create a sport specific strengthening and stretching program to increase movement efficiency. The focus is on correcting faulty movement patterns and reinforcing proper movement patterns through strengthening exercises. In Core Training we work on getting your 'CORE' musculature stronger. The focus is on lumbar-pelvic stability. Increasing you lumbo-pelvic stability will improve overall efficiency and decrease chances of injury. Every movement should begin with your 'CORE'.
